At Enterprise Car Rental Site, we aim to provide flexible and fair refund terms for all our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a reservation.

Reservation Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows (failure to pick up the vehicle without prior notice).

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Booking was canceled within the allowed cancellation window

  • Vehicle was unavailable at the time of pickup due to company fault

  • Duplicate or accidental charges were made

  • Service was not provided as agreed due to our responsibility

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours of pickup)

  • Early return of vehicle after rental period begins

  • Violation of rental agreement terms

  • Damage caused to the rental vehicle

  • Unauthorized use of the vehicle

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used during booking

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Changes to Bookings

Customers may modify their booking dates or vehicle type, subject to availability. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
